Dusseldorf vibes 🌟
The decor is super unique, really loved the artsy vibe. Staff were proper friendly, seemed like chilling with mates. Breakfast was a lekker spread, fresh fruits and good coffee!
Just a bit noisy from the street outside. Earplugs helped though.

The staff was absolutely great. Open, friendly, helpful! . The bar was great too.
The room itself was very cool and casually furnished. In general we liked the idea with the different themes in each room. But if you took a closer look, the room was a bit rocked.

Cristina at the desk was super nice! The hotel was really cool, loved the vibe! Breakfast was yum with fresh stuff. Location was great, only a short walk to some awesome asian food spots. The delonghi coffee machine in the room was a nice touch!
The bathroom could be bigger and it got a bit noisy outside. The bar wasn't open which was kinda disappointing.

Mattress was way too soft. The carpet is everywhere, which did not work very hygienically.

No air conditioning leads to discomfort on warm nights!!! Persistent noise pollution from the nearby street disrupts sleep quality!!! Inconsistent cleanliness in bathrooms is unacceptable!!! The small and inadequate bathroom space offers little convenience.

It was realy nice to stay in Friend's Hotel. Very close to the main train station, also there is stop down the street of the hotel. Realy nice buffet with lots of good and traditional German staff. Nice warm and colorful rooms.
We had to pay 12.50 for the bouffe wasn't include in the room price. One day of the 3 they didn't clean our room the girl that was there apologizes to us that moment but the next day the manager didn't say to us anything like didnt happened.

Comfortable big room, a bit shocking but interesting design :), very nice hotel, friendly staff. Very close to Dus hbf.
Breakfast too expensive for Dusseldorf.

I found the rooms spacious and beautifully decorated. The staff was polite and helpful.
The hotel reception was on the first floor and the front door was closed. We had to be buzzed in. Unfortunately there were numerous drug addicts alcoholics and homeless people loitering in the area so it was quite unsettling for single female guests.

Spent a single night surrounded by quirky decor that added charm to my stay! Helpful staff provided ice upon request, and I enjoyed the ample breakfast selection. Proximity to public transport.
